We do not collect personal or sensitive information via the app Data Fidget. The app does contain third party SDKs that collect information that may be considered personal. For more details on this see section 3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We do not process personal or sensitive information via the app Data Fidget. The app does contain third party SDKs that processes information that may be considered personal. For more details on this see section 3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?


    

3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?

The Data Fidget app uses the following SDKs that may collect and process user and device information:


1) Google Mobile Ads SDK is used to serve ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK processes information that may be considered personal. 


The Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares the following data types automatically for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention purposes.


IP address

Collects device’s IP address, which may be used to estimate the general location of a device.


User product interactions

Collects user product interactions and interaction information, including app launch, taps, and video views.


Diagnostic information

Collects information related to the performance of your app and the SDK, including crash logs, app launch time, hang rate, and energy usage.


Device and Account identifiers

Collects Android advertising (ad) ID, app set ID, and, if applicable, other identifiers related to signed-in accounts on the device.

All of the user data collected by Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol.

Data handling

Android ad ID collection is optional. The ad ID can be reset or deleted by users using ad ID controls in the Android settings menu.

2) Google Play Billing SDK is used for processing purchases. The following data types may be collected and shared for payment processing purposes:


Purchase Information: Details about the purchased product, such as its identifier, price, currency, and purchase token.


User Account Information: For users who make purchases, the Google Play Billing Library may collect information associated with their Google Account, such as email addresses.


Transaction Details: Data related to the transaction itself, including purchase time, order ID, and payment method (e.g., credit card information if provided by the user).


Subscription Information: If applicable, data about subscription plans, renewal dates, and status.


Device Information: The library might collect device-specific information like device model, Android version, and other technical details. However, this data is generally anonymized and used for diagnostics and improvements in the library’s performance.

3) Mapbox Maps SDK is used for map display and processing. The following data types may be collected and shared by Mapbox for analytics, performance and other purposes.


Location Information: The Mapbox Android SDK collects the device’s location data if the user grants the necessary location permissions to the app. This data is used to provide location-based services and features, such as displaying the user’s current location on the map or providing navigation directions.


Map Interactions: The SDK may collect data related to user interactions with the map, such as panning, zooming, and tapping. This information helps improve map performance and user experience.


Map Metadata: Non-personally identifiable metadata about the map, such as map style usage, tile loading statistics, and map settings, might be collected to enhance the SDK’s functionality and performance.


Crash Reports: The SDK may collect crash reports to diagnose and fix issues within the SDK and improve its stability.


Performance Data: Non-personally identifiable data related to the performance of the Mapbox Android SDK, such as application startup times or map rendering performance, might be collected to optimize the SDK.

4. WHAT IS OUR STANCE ON THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES?

We are not responsible for the safety of any information that you share with third parties that we may link to or who advertise on our Services, but are not affiliated with, our Services.


The Services may link to third-party websites, online services, or mobile applications and/or contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us and which may link to other websites, services, or applications. Accordingly, we do not make any guarantee regarding any such third parties, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of such third-party websites, services, or applications. The inclusion of a link towards a third-party website, service, or application does not imply an endorsement by us. We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this privacy notice. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services, or applications that may be linked to or from the Services. You should review the policies of such third parties and contact them directly to respond to your questions.



5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

7. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time.


If you are located in the EEA or UK and you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.

Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

        

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal, nor when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

  

      

8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.



9. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS PRIVACY RIGHTS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT      

If you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.

        

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contact information provided below.

       

If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with Services, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Services. To request removal of such data, please contact us using the contact information provided below and include the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on the Services, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from all our systems (e.g., backups, etc.).



10. PERSONALIZED ADVERTISING

The Data Fidget app features personalized advertising that is implemented through the use of anonymous identifiers or SDKs. The Data Fidget app uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to serve ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK will use personalized advertising to serve ads if the user does not opt out of personalized advertising. See section 11 OPTING OUT OF PERSONAL ADVERTISING for details on how to opt-out of personalized advertising. 



11. OPTING OUT OF PERSONAL ADVERTISING

To opt-out of personalized advertising you must Disable Google’s Personalized Ads found in your Ad settings of your Google account (https://myaccount.google.com). Generalized steps for this process are outlined below (these steps may vary slightly by device and software versions):



12. CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION

The Data Fidget app is NOT directed to or intended for children under the age of 13? We do not knowingly collect any personal or sensitive information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent, unless permitted by law. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it in accordance with applicable law.



13. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?

Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws. We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Modified" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this privacy notice, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification or by including the notice in an app update. We encourage you to review this privacy notice frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.
